# Events Calendar

The [Calendar](https://hash-ly.com/calendar) puts what's happening on Hedera in one place: NFT mints from the marketplaces, Spaces from X, and meetups, hackathons and announcements from the community.

## 🎨 Event Types

### 🖼️ NFT Mints

New NFT collections launching on Hedera. A mint shows:

* 📆 **Mint phases** — name, start and end (UTC), price in HBAR or USDC, maximum per wallet and whether the phase is whitelist-only
* 🔢 **Total supply**
* ⏳ **A countdown** to when the mint opens
* 🔗 **Project links** — website, X and Discord

### ♾️ Forever Mints

Mints with **no closing date**, synced from SentX. They show **Always Live**, are always in the Live state and are left out of the default listing: pick **Forever Mints** under **More filters** → **Type** to see them. For live pool data, see [Forever Mint](/hashly-docs/markets/forever-mint.md).

### 🤝 Meetups

Community gatherings, **online** or **in person**. A meetup shows its host, location, language, entry fee (**Free** when none is set) and links. Meetups can issue [attendance badges](/hashly-docs/for-event-organizers/host-badges.md).

### 🎙️ X Spaces

Audio rooms on X. Their title, start time and host are read straight from X, so they carry a **Verified** badge and are labelled **X Space**. Spaces are listed with meetups and get no Live badge in the list. After they air, they come back as **Replay** under **Recent Spaces**, because X keeps the recording. See **X Spaces on the Calendar** below.

### 🏗️ Hackathons

Development competitions. A hackathon shows its organizer, prizes (**To be announced** when empty), dates and links.

### 📣 Other

Announcements such as project news or network upgrades. They need a start time and at least one link.

## 👁️ Calendar Views

Switch between the two views next to the search box.

### 📋 Grid

The default view is a timeline grouped by when things happen:

| 🎙️ **Recent Spaces**                         | X Spaces that already aired, newest first (the recording is on X) |

| 📆 **This week** / **This month** / **Later** | Upcoming events by date                                           |
| 🕰️ **Already happened**                      | Past events, newest first, when you ask for them                  |

Inside each group, a heading marks each day. Every row shows the date, image, type, title, a countdown (or how long ago), the host, the location or **Online**, and the event's star count. The **Top hosts** panel sits beside the list, or below it on smaller screens.

### 📆 Calendar

A monthly grid that starts on Monday and moves with the arrows. Each type has its own colour, meetups, hackathons and other events are drawn across every day they run, and clicking a day with events opens its list.

* 🔎 **Search** — matches event titles and descriptions
* 🏷️ **Quick chips** — All, Mints, Meetups, Hackathons, Others
* ⚙️ **More filters:**

The calendar opens on **Upcoming**, all types except forever mints, sorted by date. **Recent Spaces** appear when State is **All** or **Past**, and **Past** lists ended events newest first. Each view loads up to 100 events.

## 📄 Event Pages

Click any event to open its page:

* 📝 Cover image, type, date and status
* 🎤 Host (linked to their X profile when it's an @handle), location and language
* 📜 Full description and links, including the ecosystem project it belongs to when Hashly has linked one
* 🔄 Mint phases, each marked **Active** or **Ended**
* ⏳ Countdown, start and end in UTC, and price, entry fee or prizes
* ⭐ **Community Rating** with the **Give a Star** button
* 🎖️ **Attendance Badge** panel on meetups
* 📤 **Share**, share on X and **Add to Google Calendar** (not on forever mints)
* ⬅️➡️ **Prev** and **Next** by date

The person who submitted an event sees an **Edit Event** button.

## 📡 Where Events Come From

### ⏱️ Status Rules

* An event goes from **Upcoming** to **Live** when it starts, and to **Ended** once its end time passes.
* A mint is treated as ended **7 days** after it opens, whatever end date the marketplace reports. Meetups, hackathons and other events are exempt.
* Forever mints are always **Live**.
* Ended events drop out of the default listing. Use **Past** to see them.

## 🎙️ X Spaces on the Calendar

### 🔗 Publish a Space from Its Link

If you hold at least one **Santuario Hedera Dragon**, you can publish a Space without filling in a form:

1. Open [Submit Event](https://hash-ly.com/events/new) and find **Publish an X Space instantly**.
2. Paste the Space link (`https://x.com/i/spaces/…`) and press **Check Space**.
3. Check the preview: title, host, start time in UTC, language and any notes from X.
4. Press **Publish now**.

The Space goes live straight away, with no review, and earns the same **100 XP** as an approved event. Nothing in it can be edited in the preview, because every field is read from X. Hashly turns the link down when:

* ❌ it isn't a Space link (X posts and broadcasts are refused too)
* ❌ the Space is already on the calendar
* ❌ X has no scheduled start time for it
* ❌ it has ended, or its one-hour window is already over

When X doesn't report an end, the event ends one hour after it starts. Without a Dragon the panel shows **Dragon holders only**, and you can still submit the Space through the normal form.

### 🔭 Daily Discovery

Every day at **06:20 UTC**, Hashly looks for Hedera Spaces on X:

* ✅ **Approved hosts** — new Spaces created by watched accounts are published straight away.
* 🔎 **Keyword search** — scheduled Spaces matching `hedera` or `$HBAR` go to the admin review queue, never straight to the calendar.
* 🧹 **Spam filter** — search results with a hashtag (`#`) in the title, or with letters from a non-Latin script, are dropped before review. Emoji, punctuation and accented letters are fine.
* ⏭️ **Skipped** — Spaces that have ended, have no start time, are already over or are already listed.

### ✅ Become a Verified Host

Hosts who run Spaces regularly can have them added automatically:

1. Connect your wallet and open the [Calendar](https://hash-ly.com/calendar).
2. Under **Top hosts**, click **Do you run Spaces?**
3. Enter your **@handle**, add an optional note about what you host, and press **Ask to be added**.

Hashly checks that the handle exists on X, and turns away accounts that are already watched, already waiting or were declined before. Once an admin approves the request, every new Space from that account is published without review and the host gets a verified mark in the Top hosts panel.

## 🏆 Top Hosts

The **Top hosts** panel ranks the people who run the most events, all time, and shows the top 8:

* 🧮 Counts approved **meetups and hackathons**, X Spaces included, whose host is an **X @handle**. Mints and free-text host names don't count.
* ✅ **Verified hosts** count every event they've hosted. Other hosts count events added since **20 August 2026**.
* 📊 Hosts are ordered by count. Being verified only settles a tie.
* 🔗 Click a host to open their X profile.

## 💡 Tips

* 🔎 **Looking for a recording?** Set State to **All** and check **Recent Spaces**.
* ♾️ **Forever mints missing?** They're only shown with the **Forever Mints** type filter.
* ⭐ **Back the events you like.** You can star an event again every UTC day, and stars on events add up.
* 🗓️ **Don't miss a date.** Use **Add to Google Calendar** on the event page.
