If you accept analytics, cookieless page views from Vercel Web Analytics and page speed from Vercel Speed Insights | Hashly never sees or stores your private keys or recovery phrase, doesn't sell your data and carries no advertising trackers. *** ## ⛓️ What's Public On-Chain These actions are written to public Hedera Consensus Service topics, with your account ID and a timestamp: * πŸ—³οΈ Votes, with the voting power and holdings behind them * πŸ“ Event check-ins * πŸ”₯ Ember grants and claims * 🎁 Raffle entries and draws Anyone can read them, and nobody can edit or delete them, Hashly included. A deletion request can't remove them. Your alias, profile, museum, points and rankings are also visible to other people on Hashly. You can keep using the page while it's open. * ⏸️ **Nothing loads before you accept.** Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights only run after **Accept all**. * βœ… **Everything else is necessary** (sign-in, the wallet connection and your preferences) and works either way. * πŸ” **Change your answer any time** with **Cookie settings** at the bottom of every page, which brings the banner back. Clearing your browser storage signs you out and disconnects your wallet. *** ## πŸ” Your Rights Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how it's used, or get a copy in a portable format, and you can withdraw consent for analytics and optional profile details. Write to . Because accounts are wallets, Hashly may ask you to sign a message to confirm the request is yours. Records already written to Hedera stay there. *** ## πŸ“œ Main Rules * πŸ”ž **Age:** you must be at least 18. * πŸ‘› **Your wallet:** Hashly never holds your assets. Transactions you sign, such as a Premium payment or a token association, can't be reversed by Hashly and may carry network fees. * βš–οΈ **Fair play:** don't manipulate votes, rankings, missions, points or raffles (including with bots or coordinated wallets), exploit bugs, submit spam or misleading content, or overload Hashly or its API. Breaking these rules can cost you content, points, Embers and rewards, and your access. * πŸ“ **What you submit:** you keep ownership, and you let Hashly show and share it on Hashly and its social channels. *** ## ⚠️ Disclaimers > **Information, not advice.** Everything on Hashly is information for general purposes. Recording Ember grants and claims on Hedera doesn't make them an asset. An NFT received as a reward or prize, such as a Dragon NFT, is delivered to your wallet and is covered by the note on NFTs below. > **Staking.** Your NFTs never leave your wallet and Hashly never takes custody of them. Staking isn't a financial product, a deposit or an investment, and it pays no interest, yield or return in money or crypto. It earns Embers, which have no value outside Hashly. > **Dragons and other NFTs.** Santuario Hedera Dragons, El Santuario and any other NFT that unlocks something on Hashly are utility tokens: digital collectibles that give access to features. They are not securities, shares, investment contracts, derivatives or financial instruments, give no ownership of Hashly or any company and no right to profits, dividends or revenue, and aren't offered as an investment. Their marketplace price is set by buyers and sellers, and Hashly doesn't control or guarantee it. The features they unlock can change or end. > **Liability.** Hashly is provided "as is".
